AIM Community Choir  

The choir dates for this month are Friday 28th January at 7:30pm

Newcomers always welcome - Please see Sarah, Gill or Heather for details. 

 

Tuesdays

Coffee AiM continues every Tuesday from 10am—12noon at the Parish Hall on Dudlow Green Road.  If you have the time , why not drop in for some light refreshment and a chat, find out what is happening and catch up with friends.  Everyone is welcome. 

Coffee Aim Plus (light lunch) will take place in Februaryr from 12 noon.

Please support this very popular and growing event in person or prayer.

If you are able to help make or serve tea and coffee please see Andy or John J.

Wednesdays

Midweek Prayer and Praise meeting...TBA


Thursdays

Holiday@Home will  recommence  on September 27th from 1pm to 3 pm.  It will take place on the 4th Thursday from 1.00-3.00pm at the Parish Hall.  Come and enjoy crafts, puzzles, games, chat and a cuppa—everyone welcome. For further information see Peter or John J.

 

Old Rectory

Our visit to the Old Rectory this month will take place on Sunday 20th January at 2.45pm. Please join us in person or by praying for the residents, staff and the service itself, that God’s presence will be felt by all. 

 

 


Gifts

A gift of £300 was sent to the Yemen relief appeal.

A gift of £500 was sent to the Church we partner in Pitogo (Philippines). 

A gift of £300 was sent to Global Care Christmas appeal.  This gift qualified for match funding making a total of £600 donated

A gift of £400 was sent to both Sheffield and Liverpool Universities to support their mission work of the Christian Union.

A gift of £300 was sent to the Keswick Convention Derwent Project.

A gift of £300 was given to the Church in Pitogo, Phillipines. A gift of £600 was given to Lesley and Philippe for their personal use.

A gift of £300 was given to support the work of UCB and also a gift of £300 was given to support the Guatemala Relief via Tearfund.

A gift of £300 was made to the work of the Warrington Street Pastors.

A gift of £600 was made to the fantastic work being done by the Bridgewater Youth Project. Another £500 gift was given to David and Mary Robinson for their work among the Thai Community. 

A gift of £1000 was made to the Christian Blind Mission.  Every £1 donated unlocks a further £4 of match funding. A gift of £500 was also sent to Lesley and Phillipe.

A gift of £500 was sent to the Castro family last month to support  their on-going missionary work in Spain. 

A gift of £300 was given last month to Rod Williams to support the distribution of his book into prisons

November - £300 donated to Global Care this month.

September 10% Gift- AGifof £1000 has been made to Billy and Jean Campbell to support their work in Myanmar and Cambodia.

July 10% Gift – A donation of £200 was given in support of Nathan Monks and the Central Asia Mission. Also a gift of £200 was made to the Church outreach work at this year’s Creamfields Festival. 

June 10% Gift – A donation of £300 was sent to support a mission to Central Asia. James Gleave will be taking part in this and he would also appreciate your prayer; the mission takes place from 19th—29th August.

April 10% Gift – A donation of £200 was sent to the work of Street Pastors in Warrington and a further donation of £200 was sent to support a local Christian family in mission. 

January 10% Gift – A donation of £300 was sent to support our missionary friends Lesley and Philippe.
